DVX540 IS38 upgrade turbo EA888 Gen3
DVX Performance is proud to present its upgrade turbo for the 2.0 T(F)Si engines of the MQB EA888 Gen3 platform.
This turbo is based on an oem IS38 core with the following mods:
– Bolt ON (plug and play) installation
– 54mm compressor wheel
– turbine wheel 9 blade
– Upgraded thrust bearing
– Rotated parts balanced finely with SCHENK air bearing system balancing machine
– CNC machined housings
– OEM actuator
Without stressing out the turbo, this turbo’s capable performances are as follow:
500 hp on 98 octane
540 hp on 102 octane with wmi
